As the Operations Manager at Ibucare Confinement Centre, I oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. I work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage resources, and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations of the confinement centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational excellence.

* Oversee budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

* Coordinate with Finance on purchase requisitions, invoices, payment vouchers, and operational expenses.

* Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, therapists, kitchen, housekeeping, and administrative staff.

* Plan staff scheduling, client admissions, room availability, and operational logistics.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.

* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with Marketing and Management on business growth strategies, promotions, and service development.

* Analyze operational performance and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
