Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase the Firm's online presence and brand awareness.
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Produce engaging content including social media posts, short-form videos, reels, graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Manage the Firm's social media accounts and ensure regular and consistent content updates.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including paid social media advertisements.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the Firm.
• Collaborate with the legal and management teams to create appropriate and engaging content.
• Maintain and update the Firm's website and other digital platforms when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Creative and able to develop engaging and relevant content.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or other content creation tools.
• Experience in managing Meta Ads is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience working in the legal or professional services industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
