Job Summary:

• Location: Senai, Johor

• Salary: Basic up to RM2600 + Incentives (Meal, Transport, Attendance, Night Shift) + AWS

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm / 7:30pm - 4:30am);
  Saturday (7:30am - 12:30pm / 7:30pm - 12:30am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, program, and run production equipment to achieve full UPH utilization.

• Monitor machines, evaluate products, and ensure compliance with ISO, WI, and ESD standards.

• Suggest enhancements to machine performance, product quality, and functionality.

• Track hourly output, meet shift deadlines, and report defective products or machinery.

• Check stock levels and report shortages of products or raw materials.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in a relevant technical field.

• Knowledge in machine/jig improvement, PLC programming, basic design, and computer literacy.

• Candidates with relevant working experience in Die Bonding or Wire Bonding will have an added advantage.
