Lecturer – MPU (Mata Pelajaran Umum)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated MPU Lecturer to deliver engaging and effective teaching for Mata Pelajaran Umum (MPU) courses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, and learning activities for MPU courses.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
• Conduct face-to-face and/or online classes.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.
• Assist in the development and improvement of MPU course materials.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Management, or a relevant field.
• Relevant teaching or lecturing experience is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms/LMS is an advantage.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
