Position: Senior HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise across the full HR spectrum. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:

1. Managing employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, disciplinary issues and investigations

2. Providing counseling, guidance and practical HR solutions to employees and leaders

3. Advising management on complex people-related matters

4. Driving best practices in performance management, talent management and workforce planning

5. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR policies

6. Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Extensive experience across the full HR spectrum.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism, confidence and empathy.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in the Education industry (higher education, private education institutions, colleges and universities) will be an added advantage.
