Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales department by managing orders, coordinating with operations, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer communication from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales records, inventory updates, and client databases.
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shipments or deliveries.
• Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, or repeat orders.
• Support online sales platforms (e.g., Shopee, website orders) when required.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM or Accounting systems.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.
