A recruiter's responsibilities in finding, attracting, and evaluating candidates for job openings within an organization. Key duties include collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies:This involves identifying the best channels to find qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Creating and posting job descriptions:Recruiters need to clearly articulate the requirements and responsibilities of open positions to attract the right applicants.
• Screening resumes and applications:They evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience to determine their suitability for the role.
• Conducting initial interviews:Recruiters perform phone screenings or initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

Managing the Hiring Process:

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews:They arrange interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
• Providing feedback to candidates:Recruiters offer constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitating the offer process:They negotiate employment terms and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Managing onboarding:Recruiters may also be involved in the onboarding process for new hires.

Building Relationships and Staying Current:

• Building relationships with candidates:They cultivate relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
• Staying updated on recruitment trends:Recruiters need to be aware of the latest recruitment technologies and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance:They must adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications for Recruiters:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree.
• Recruiting experience (mass recruitment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
