About the Role

We are looking for an execution-driven Project Engineer to manage engineering and technology projects across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of project baselines—scope, budget, schedule, and technical resources—serving as the central liaison between production, engineering, regional suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee engineering projects from conception through to full mass production.
• Coordinate directly with Production, Quality, Procurement, and R&D teams to maintain project milestones.
• Conduct shop-floor visits and production line assessments to troubleshoot engineering bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the main technical contact for external vendors, contractors, and overseas clients.
• Evaluate change requests and scope variations, balancing impact on cost, lead time, and product quality.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, test plans, technical specifications, and executive performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of project engineering experience within electronics manufacturing or high-tech operations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
• Practical familiarity with project management software (MS Project, JIRA) and ERP systems.
• Strong fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and technical partners.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards or PMP certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
