We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Finance - Procurement. That placement will start in August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in maintaining effective controls throughout the procurement process
• Support sustainable purchasing initiatives and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency
• Research, evaluate, and recommend suppliers and products
• Review competitive offerings to support informed purchasing decisions
• Handle purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation and filing
• Ensure purchases meet required quality, are competitively priced, and delivered in a timely manner
• Review supplier samples and product specifications to support decision-making

General Requirements:

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service

Benefits:
