Are you organised, responsible, and passionate about inventory management? We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to join our growing team and support our warehouse and operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods from suppliers.
• Ensure stock quantities, product conditions and supporting documents are accurate.
• Record and update inventory transactions in the stock management system.
• Arrange and store products systematically according to designated storage locations.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged stock and inventory movement.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue stock based on approved requests.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock receiving, transfers and stock issuance.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards are maintained.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience in FMCG, supermarket, retail, food distribution or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good numerical, documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related tasks.
• Responsible, organised, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers and internal departments.
• Possession of a Forklift Licence and/or GDL Licence will be an added advantage.
