• Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients according to the required menu and standards.
• Assist in maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and preparation of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly handled and maintained.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and Halal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or management.

Job Type: Full-time
