Control, monitor, and maintain production-related documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in production audit preparations, stock-taking activities, and the coordination of departmental events and activities.
Ensure the effective distribution, control, recording, updating, and filing of documents, paperwork, and system records in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Maintain and update production data in the Epicor system accurately and promptly.
Support production planning activities by preparing reports, monitoring schedules, and coordinating with relevant departments.
Ensure all production records and documentation are properly maintained for traceability and compliance purposes.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).
Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
