What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' hands-on Flutter experience
• Proven experience building and releasing production Flutter applications
• Strong knowledge of Flutter & Dart
• Ability to lead, guide and mentor developers
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiar with Provider, Bloc, Riverpod or similar state management
• Experience with SQLite, Hive or similar mobile databases
• Good Git / GitFlow knowledge
• Familiarity with Flutter CI/CD
• Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
• Experience with unit, widget and integration testing
• Understanding of secure mobile development
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Native iOS or Android experience is an advantage

What You'll Lead

• Lead, manage and mentor the mobile development team
• Design and build Flutter applications for iOS & Android
• Guide technical decisions and development best practices
• Turn product and UI/UX requirements into scalable features
• Review code and maintain engineering standards
• Improve app performance, stability & responsiveness
• Drive testing and overall code quality
• Troubleshoot complex issues and root causes
• Collaborate with Product, Backend and UI/UX teams
• Support releases across the App Store & Google Play
