全职 Plant Engineering - Maintenance Technician Jobs, in Kossan Latex Industries (M) Sdn Bhd - Ricebowl

Job responsibilities:

• Daily Operation monitoring of Facility & Utility Equipment Operation, such as Thermal Oil Heater (Burner & Shell), Thermal Oil Pumps, Air Compressor Daily Operating Parameters, Chiller Operating Parameters, Compressed Air Dryer Operation, Cooling Tower Operating Parameters.
• Coordinate with Production Maintenance Team for Monthly Production Plant Preventive Maintenance Planning / Scheduled Maintenance Activities to reduce Unscheduled Downtime (%) to meet Top Management expectation.
• Daily Water Meter Monitoring (Syabas & RO Water), Electricity Power Meter Monitoring & Recording for management energy management purposes.
• Daily Forklift & Reachtruck Operation & Maintenance Monitoring, Air Conditioning & Air Cooler Operation & Maintenance Planning.
• To organize and manage spare part list (PM Maintenance Spare part list) according to Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance that developed by Plant Improvement Engineer.
• Propose, Plan and Manage any maintenance improvement project and new equipment installation project to reduce Production Downtime to hit Top Management expected Downtime Target. (Focus on Facility & Utilities Downtime)
• Actively participate in each Plant Equipment Maintenance Improvement project from developing Project Bill of Material (BOM), Material Procurement, Project Manpower Planning, Project Gantt Chart, Project Execution & Implementation, and Project Outcome Review Stages. (Related to Facility & Utilities for electricity, gas or water optimization projects)
• Shall assist HOD/ superior to secure the environmental, safety, health and welfare of employee or any other related party against risk to environmental, safety or health.

Job Requirements:

A. Qualification

• Candidate must possess Diploma / Professional Certificate in Engineering or equivalent (SKM Certificate or TVET Graduate).
• Basic skill of oxy-cutting, welding, piping repairing, replace motor bearing , replace conveyor sprocket/gear/chain and repair gear box.
• Basic understanding of Facility & Utility Equipment (Thermal Oil Heater / Chiller / Air Compressor / Cooling Tower) Operation & Maintenance Experience
• Have experience handling JKKP Approved Pressure Vessel / JKKP Approved Lifting Equipment

B. Experience

• At least 1 year’s working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Fresh diploma graduate also welcome.
• Knowledge and experience in project fabrication or equipment maintenance in manufacturing industry working environment.
• Experienced in maintenance on-site troubleshoot.
• Experienced in machine part fabrication and modification.
• Experienced in project installation and commissioning.
