Responsibilities:

1. To assist the HOD / Senior Manager / Manager on all pre and post contract documentations, taking off of tender, follow-up on tender, cost study preparation, gather contractors' and consultant quotations for Management's approval.
2. Understanding in construction drawing and BQ specification.
3. To assist the HOD / Senior Manager / Manager on dealing with consultants, contractors in dissolving issue pertaining to the contracts.
4. To assist project team on matters relating contract administration and project procurement.
5. Preparing budgeting, cash flow projection for development projects.
6. To assist the HOD / Senior Manager / Manager on value engineering for alternatives to increase functionality and cost effective.
7. To assist the HOD / Senior Manager / Manager on recommendations for award of work packages within the budgeted cost and targeted timeline.
8. Prepare contractors' and consultants' progress claims, final account, valuation of contract works and familiar with contractual claims.
9. Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or any technical degree related to property development.
2. 2 to 5 year(s) of related experience for Executive position.
3. Candidate with experience in property developer/ real estate is an advantage for this position.
4. Ability to function as an effective team member where he or she can rapidly adapt to the corporate culture and be valued as a team member.
5. Able to work independently and efficiency with less supervision and hardworking.
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD).
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
