任职资格

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. 
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures. 
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage..

岗位职责

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliation. 
  • Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents. 
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. 
  • Assist with month-end closing, financial reports and account reconciliations. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies. 
  • Assist with hotel daily revenue reconciliation and ensure revenue is properly recorded. 
  • Review and verify financial transactions and supporting documents. 
  • Assist with budgeting, audit requirements and other financial analysis when required. 
  • Liaise with other hotel departments, suppliers and customers regarding accounting matters. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements. 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
