- Assist with daily e-commerce fulfilment and order processing.
- Check and verify orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other online platforms.
- Print and prepare shipping labels, invoices and packing documents.
- Assist with picking, packing and checking products before shipment.
- Coordinate with courier services for daily parcel collection and delivery.
- Update order status and fulfilment records in the system.
- Assist with stock checking, inventory updates and basic warehouse administration.
- Handle filing, data entry and other general office administrative tasks.
- Liaise and communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery and fulfilment matters.
- Coordinate with the fulfilment, retail and inventory teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Report any order discrepancies, damaged items, missing stock or delivery issues to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
