Position: Implementation Manager – Rollout Portfolio

Location: Subang Hitech, Shah Alam
Duration: 6 Months (extendable)
Location: Malaysia
Reporting To: Project Manager / Program Manager / Head of Rollout

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Fiber Build and OPM implementation progress.
• Ensure contractors meet the agreed regional SLA and KPI targets.
• Onsite visit and cable verification
• Monitor patching and cable-pulling activities.
• Provide weekly progress updates against the monthly plan.
• Highlight and escalate contractor delays, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to drive timely closure of gaps.

Experience in telecommunication fiber rollout, contractor management and project implementation.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
