Role Overview:

This internship is designed for candidates interested in client servicing and healthcare/insurance operations. The intern will support account management (day-to-day client servicing).

Responsibilities:

• Support servicing of corporate clients (email follow-ups, coordination, issue tracking)
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain and update data in Excel (utilisation, tracking logs, simple analysis)
• Support internal coordination with operations / medical / claims teams
• Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and escalations

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in:

• Business Administration / Business Management
• Marketing / Sales / International Business
• Insurance / Risk Management / Actuarial Science
• Healthcare Management / Public Health
• Finance / Economics

2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Internship duration: Minimum 6 months.
