Position Summary
Seeking a Process Engineer to develop into a key technical resource responsible for understanding, monitoring and progressively improving the performance of the Company's mineral processing plant.
The role will initially focus on developing a comprehensive understanding of the plant process flow, equipment interaction, ore characteristics and operating philosophy.
The successful candidate will progressively take responsibility for plant performance monitoring, process troubleshooting, recovery improvement, throughput optimisation and ultimately technical cost optimisation.
A background in mineral processing or metallurgy is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with strong process, production or plant engineering experience from cement, steel, chemical, power, manufacturing or other continuous-process industries will also be considered and trained in mineral processing.
