A Customer Service Intern role at BUZUD (under parent entity Roffe International Holdings Pte. Ltd.) is a patient-facing, high-touch support position within Singapore's healthcare technology and smart medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Omnichannel Support

  • Managing incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, phone hotlines, live web chat, and email regarding product features, order statuses, warranty registrations, and return/exchange policies.

• Showroom Consultation & Product Demos

  • Welcoming walk-in customers at BUZUD showrooms (such as Raffles Hospital or Novena Square 2 locations).

  • Demonstrating smart home-health devices like Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS), oxygen concentrators, ECG heart monitors, and blood pressure monitors.

• Technical Guidance & App Troubleshooting

  • Assisting non-technical users—often elderly patients or family caregivers—with mobile app pairing (iOS/Android), device calibration, and basic software navigation.

• Issue Escalation & CRM Logging

  • Documenting feedback, warranty claims, and return requests in the CRM system.

  • Escalating complex hardware or technical defect issues to quality assurance and technical support teams.

• Logistics Coordination

  • Tracking order status and liaising with the logistics team on equipment deliveries or medical rental drop-offs (e.g., oxygen concentrators).
