Job Requirements:

- Regular college diploma or above, any major, fluent in spoken English;

- Over 10 years of industry experience, with more than 8 years as a store manager; preference given to those with successful management experience in domestic chain supermarkets, business-minded, quick thinker.

- Passionate about the retail industry, commercially aware, with strong career ambition.

- Possess a driver’s license and able to drive, adaptable and quick learner, willing to work long-term at an overseas location.

Job Responsibilities:

- Fully oversee daily supermarket operations, ensure smooth store functioning, reduce various store costs and expenses through effective management, and improve work efficiency and store profitability;

- Implement company policies and service standards, ensure store operations align with company standards;

- Manage product displays, inventory, restocking, and ordering products and related equipment;

- Handle store staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff motivation;

- Develop sales strategies, set sales targets, monitor the sales process, properly handle customer feedback, maintain supplier relationships, and regularly analyze sales data;

- Supervise financial risks in operations such as receiving goods, transferring stock, pricing, and sales, and control losses;

- Ensure a safe operating environment, manage security in the area, and prevent accidents in daily operations;

- Continuously optimize job-related business processes, business strategies, customer service quality, and supermarket performance in line with the company spirit of daring to think, act, and take responsibility.

Work Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Salary Range: KINA20,000–25,000 per month; exact salary will be evaluated and set based on the candidate's abilities after the interview.
