Role Description

• Assist in planning and executing recruitment activities across subsidiaries. 
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals, and government departments for manpower sourcing. 
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters. 
• Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. 
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and manpower reports for group management. 
• Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and HR teams. 
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and effectiveness. 
• Liaise with external training providers, consultants, and government agencies (e.g., HRD Corp). 
• Provide support in employee engagement and welfare activities. 
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
