Creative Strategy Lead

Hepmil Malaysia is a digital content and creator agency that connects brands with Gen Z and young millennials with hyper-localized entertaining content. Home to pages like MGAG and Hepmil Creator’s Network, we’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead with a strong creative mind to help expand the presence and promote Hepmil across all platforms.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Concept Generation and Ideation - Develop social-first ideas and campaign plans that helps our brand partners gain a strategic and creative advantage.
• Campaign planning and execution - Oversee the execution of specific campaign elements, ensuring adherence to the overall strategy and timelines.
• Brand Storytelling and Messaging - Support with the crafting of effective messaging that aligns with brand values, communicates key messages coherently, and drives desired actions.
• Creative Team Management - Take charge of a department of creatives and be a part of crafting and leading the creative culture.

Requirements:

• Strong creative mind with 7+ years of creative or digital agency experience
• In-depth knowledge of key social media channels primarily TikTok, but also Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
• Knowledge of social media content ecosystem, especially videos and memes
• Knowledge of developing marketing strategies for cross content execution
• Experience working with a team in conceptualizing and producing content
• Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
• Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately with keen attention to detail
• Experience in working in creative advertising industry with exposure in creating video content for digital formats is a key advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid set-up
