Job Summary

Support operations and business growth by assisting management, managing digital content, contributing to HR and marketing projects, and delivering client training programs in a dynamic HR consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Support the director in managing daily operations to ensure smooth business processes
• Update and maintain website, software, and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement
• Develop clear and professional HR and marketing documents to support business initiatives
• Assist in executing HR and business consultancy projects to meet client needs and deliver value
• Organize and facilitate client training programs to enhance client knowledge and satisfaction
• Contribute to marketing and sales activities to drive business growth and client acquisition
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with clients and team members
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and accountability to support continuous learning and improvement
