Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Executive to support our marketing and brand communication initiatives across our jewellery retail, consumer lifestyle and financial services businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across digital and social media platforms, supporting product and promotional campaigns, and helping to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms and other digital marketing channels.
• Create content related to jewellery collections, retail promotions, pre-owned jewellery and timepieces, lifestyle products and financial service offerings.
• Support the planning and execution of content campaigns for product launches, festive promotions, retail events and brand initiatives.
• Prepare social media captions, product descriptions, campaign copy, articles and other marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Retail teams to ensure content accurately reflects product features, promotions and brand positioning.
• Assist in developing content calendars and coordinate the timely publication of content across relevant digital platforms.
• Research jewellery, retail, lifestyle and consumer trends to identify relevant content opportunities and improve audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign results, and provide insights to improve future content.
• Assist with photography, video and creative content production for jewellery products, retail campaigns and promotional activities.
• Adapt content for different platforms and target audiences while maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Support e-commerce content updates, including product information, promotional banners and digital campaign materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners when required to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Perform other marketing and content-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, retail marketing or a related field.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, lifestyle, e-commerce or consumer brands will be an advantage.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop content that is relevant to different customer segments.
• Comfortable working with multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
