In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Negotiate and secure profitable sales contracts with key accounts
• Deliver Sales & Profit targets for assigned accounts
• Manage centralized DC ordering, promotions & stock alignment.
• Leveraged Nielsen & Kantar data to drive National Chains commercial strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
• Represent F&N at client meetings, industry events and other customer-facing activities
• Mentor and support more junior members of the sales team

What you bring?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or key account sales, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to secure profitable deals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and optimise account performance
• Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
