JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Development oversees a team responsible for improving and scaling operational processes. He will plan and execute projects, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organize the Operations Department Meeting and the upkeep of the meeting minutes and Operations action items.

2. Review Operation’s Department procedures and processes regularly in coordination with Quality Assurance and Safety Department (QAS) and make recommendations to Head of Operations (HOO) for improvements.

3. Assist Head of Operations in the department yearly financial budget in collaboration with the Human Resource and Finance to align the operational strategies.

4. Design, schedule, and deliver operation-development projects on time and within scope, that is to compile and file up the Aircraft Painting Status Reports (APSR), Master Forecast in an organized and timely manner.

5. Support Head of Operations in responding to quality deficiencies and ensure the necessary corrective and preventative measures are taken resulting from QAS Department audit program, including the timely response to Non-Compliance Report (NCR).

6. Other Operations development administrative matters as instructed by the Head of Operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
