Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, collaborating on tender preparations, and promoting our IT-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding and familiarity with IT-related products and services.

- Lead Generation: Actively search for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

- Client Engagement: Set up meetings, deliver impactful product presentations, and conduct demonstrations for potential clients.

- Deal Negotiation: Discuss pricing and contract terms to close sales while adhering to company guidelines.

- Tender Preparation: Work closely with the sales team to prepare and submit tender documents.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate customer data and update sales pipeline records regularly.

- Progress Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and personal performance.

- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver excellent after-sales support.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any IT-related field.

- Experience: Preferably with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or business development. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade prospective buyers, handle objections, and close deals successfully.

- Drive: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and company goals.

Remuneration & Benefits

Sales Incentive: Performance-based commission / incentives provided

Allowances: Monthly allowances provided

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
