• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Assist with screening resumes and arranging interviews based on hiring requirements. 
• Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

• Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (virtual and office).
