Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Operations: Handle full sets of accounts, assist in preparing financial reports, and maintain supporting schedules.
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivables (AR): Oversee AR collection, follow up on outstanding payments, process AP invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Reconciliation & Month-End: Conduct bank reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliations, and assist with smooth month-end closing procedures.
• Taxation & Compliance: Support tax-related matters including SST compliance and E-Invoicing execution.
• Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate record-keeping following double-entry accounting and established accounting principles using accounting software (SQL Accounting).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic to strong knowledge of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, taxation, SST, and E-Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (experience with SQL Accounting software is a strong advantage).
• Familiarity with AR/AP processes, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
