• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
• Handle measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Manage project costing, variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
• Liaise with consultants, supplier and government authorities.
• Monitor project costs to ensure work stays within budget.
• Prepare reports related project costing and financial status.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
