• Education & Academic Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, Education/Teaching, or related fields.
•  Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; capable of independently conducting lessons, preparing materials, and communicating with parents in English (proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage). 
• Pedagogical Understanding: Deep understanding of children's cognitive and logical development; ability to translate abstract concepts (e.g., variables, loops, functions) into child-friendly, concrete metaphors or story-driven activities. 
• Work Experience: Prior teaching experience in kids' coding, Lego/robotics, enrichment centers, or international schools is preferred. 
• Personal Attributes: Exceptionally warm, patient, and responsible; highly skilled in interacting with children aged 3–12 with excellent classroom management and problem-solving skills. 
• Work Eligibility: Malaysian Citizen or holds a valid legal working status in Malaysia.

 Classroom Instruction: Deliver age-appropriate coding and computational thinking lessons for children aged 3–12: 

• Early Years (Ages 3–6): Conduct gamified, interactive logic and block-based programming lessons using tangible coding tools, logic blocks, and ScratchJr. 
• Primary / Upper Primary (Ages 7–12): Teach Scratch, Python, fundamental algorithms, or robotics, guiding students to independently design and create mini-games, animations, or projects. 
• Lesson Preparation: Adapt lesson difficulty according to students' ages, grade levels, and English proficiency. Independently prepare lesson plans, sample code models, practice materials, and periodic learning assessments. 
• Parent Communication & Student Support: Track and record student progress, provide clear and professional academic feedback to parents regularly, and address inquiries regarding children's coding and logical development. 
• Trial Classes & Assessments: Conduct trial coding classes, assess prospective students' logical/technical abilities, and recommend suitable course placements. 
• Classroom & Equipment Management: Maintain classroom discipline, ensure safety standards, and manage educational hardware, computers, robotics kits, and teaching materials
