Commercial Executive (Level 1 - Fixed Term Contract 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support merchants on their payment operations and account-related matters.
• Assist merchants with onboarding, product activation, and payment setup.
• Communicate with merchants via email, phone calls, and messaging channels to provide support and follow-ups.
• Handle transaction-related issues, refunds, and payment inquiries from merchants.
• Guide merchants on using Billplz products, integrations, and payment features effectively.
• Process merchant account updates, reactivation, and closures when required.
• Monitor and update the sales funnel activities for new and existing leads.
• Conduct meetings or product demos with merchants to explain Billplz solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve merchant-related issues.
• Support merchant documentation processes and maintain engagement with merchants.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to understand SME business challenges and propose practical payment solutions.
• Basic knowledge of fintech and online payments is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
• Required to work on weekends on a rotational basis.

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)
