Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing of the core system and related platforms for new features and system upgrades.

• Perform functional testing of the core system and other platforms for corrective fixes and enhancement features.

• Execute functional testing for new product implementations within the core system and supporting platforms.

• Understand user requirements and ensure effective delivery of system features.

• Translate user specifications and requirements into system gap analyses and documentation.

• Investigate reported system issues, identify root causes, and work towards resolution.

• Carry out data cleansing activities within the core system to improve system functionality and accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Agency Compensation and Benefits is an added advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with the Life Core System (Agency) is an advantage; training will be provided if required.
