Job description

• Proactively manage IT hardware and software, ensuring proper housekeeping, control procedures, and data security.
• Provide support for technical issues beyond routine server and network matters.
• Assist users with IT-related issues through helpdesk support.
• Configure and maintain server and network settings to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Must have a passion for gain new knowledge.
• Current enrolment in an undergraduate course for IT or others related.
• Familiarity with IT software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
