Responsibilities:

• Assist Customer Service team in arranging and scheduling deliveries
• Liaise with site PICs regarding delivery schedules, site access and unloading arrangements
• Monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers and internal departments
• Prepare and verify delivery documents such as Picking list/DO and shipment records
• Assist in overall coordination between Customer service, warehouse and customers

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask/work under pressure/willing to do overtime if require
• Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery process
• Familiar with the basic Microsoft Office
• Experience in logistics, transportation or customer service is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
