Job Descriptions:

1. Monitor production progress, work-in-process status, and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements.

2. Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.

3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions, and control plan.

4. Lead in process optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities.

5. Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities.

6. Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records, production documentation, and standard operating procedures in accordance with company policies.

7. Prepare, analyze, and distribute production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to relevant departments for management review.

8. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

10. Ensure a Safe working environment and good 5S practice (zero incident/accident).

11. Any other tasks assigned by superiors based on the business needs/requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in production planning, process improvement and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Able to lead and supervise production staff.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
