Job Description:

• Monitor CNC machine capacity and loading on an ongoing basis.
• Identify capacity shortages, machine bottlenecks, and potential delivery risks in advance.
• Coordinate with Production and Management on overtime, additional shifts, subcontracting, or alternative machines when required.
• Provide realistic production completion dates based on actual capacity and production conditions.
• Support Management in capacity planning for new projects, additional orders, and future machine requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Any related Degree holder
• Experience using MES / ERP / production planning systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze capacity, workload, production progress, and delivery requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data analysis, and production planning reports.
• Able to prepare and manage daily/weekly production schedules.
• Able to monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks, delays, and capacity constraints.
• Good coordination skills to work with Production, Engineering, QC, Purchasing, Store, and Sales.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize urgent and critical orders.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MES system, ERP system, or production scheduling software is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant manufacturing knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
