Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
- Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviews, hiring and onboarding.
- Coordinate monthly payroll information and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related data.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook.
- Manage staff training and development activities.
- Manage office administration including office supplies, facilities, company assets, insurance and service providers.
- Maintain proper HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and employment practices.
- Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation and general administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR/payroll systems.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
