Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities of our precision engineering operations serving the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.
The successful candidate will coordinate the movement of precision-engineered components, raw materials, finished goods and production-related items, while working closely with suppliers, customers, production teams, warehouse personnel and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of precision-engineered components, raw materials, equipment and finished products.
- Arrange deliveries and collections with local and international logistics providers, freight forwarders and transport partners.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and other logistics-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered according to production schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays, discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipment details, delivery schedules and logistics documentation.
- Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to coordinate material availability and movement.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and ensure timely replenishment of production materials and components.
- Coordinate the packing and handling of precision-engineered parts according to company procedures and customer requirements.
- Ensure products and materials are properly labelled, packed and prepared for transportation.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shipment arrangements and logistics enquiries.
- Support import and export activities, including coordination of customs documentation and clearance requirements.
- Update logistics information in internal systems and prepare basic reports on shipments, inventory movements and delivery performance.
- Assist in identifying logistics issues and recommend improvements to delivery, inventory and transportation processes.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant industry standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the supply chain and logistics team.
- Perform other logistics and coordination duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination or a related role.
- Experience in precision engineering, semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, shipping documentation and freight forwarding processes.
- Good understanding of inventory control, shipment coordination and delivery scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling technical and shipment documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
- Able to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a cross-functional team.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
