Our Client, Sim Leisure Group, listed on the Singapore Exchange, is the owner and operator of ESCAPE and KidZania Theme Parks in Malaysia and Singapore. Our Client is looking for a competent, hands-on HR Executive who is able to take ownership of HR operations and deliver results, not someone who only performs routine administrative tasks.

Role Overview

We are looking for a competent, hands-on HR Executive who is able to take ownership of HR operations and deliver results, not someone who only performs routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee documentation and HR reports.
• Support attendance monitoring, leave administration and payroll coordination.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment regulations are properly implemented.
• Handle employee relations matters, including counselling and disciplinary processes when required.
• Work closely with department heads on manpower planning and staffing needs.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a hands-on generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment regulations and workplace discipline.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong sense of accountability, efficiency and attention to detail.

Important

This role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented.
Candidates who prefer a purely administrative HR role or slow-paced work environment may not find this position suitable.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
