About the role

An Electrical Engineer in manufacturing optimizes production systems to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability. They design equipment, analyze data, and manage thermal or electrical energy systems to meet production goals, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve industrial processes for maximum energy efficiency, yield improvement, and cost reduction

• Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and design layouts for manufacturing equipment

• Monitor, analyze, and manage energy usage (thermal/electrical) in production, including utilities like steam and compressed air

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery, troubleshooting issues to reduce downtime

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing

• Technical proficiency in simulation software

• Strong data analysis skills

• Troubleshooting skills

• Project management capabilities
