Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Manpower Supervisor cum Sales Support to join our team. This role involves supervising foreign workers, maintaining good relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage foreign workers assigned to various client locations
• Monitor and maintain workers’ daily attendance and discipline
• Liaise closely with customer PICs to resolve any issues related to manpower deployment
• Ensure workers follow company and client site rules and regulations
• Coordinate worker arrangements, replacements, or reporting when required
• Assist the sales team with operational support when needed
• Maintain proper records and reports related to manpower operations
• Ensure smooth communication between workers, clients, and internal teams

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in manpower management, site supervision, or customer coordination are an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle workers from different backgrounds
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
