About the Programme

The OMS Group Graduate Programme offers a structured 24-month development journey across 3 key hubs:

Technical Hub – Provides exposure to engineering, marine operations, technology and project delivery in subsea telecommunications and marine operations through hands-on project experience and cross-functional exposure to various technical disciplines.

Commercial Hub – Provides exposure to proposal development, commercial coordination and project bidding within the marine and offshore industry. You will work alongside experienced Bid Specialists and cross-functional teams to support the preparation of competitive proposals for local and international projects.

Corporate Functions Hub - Provides exposure across functions such as Human Resources (HR), Business Transformation, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Procurement and Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (QHSSE).

Requirements

• Open to travel and gaining global exposure.
• Completed or about to complete your degree or master’s studies or with up to 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Hold a relevant educational background with First Class Honours or Second Class Upper.
