A Scheduling Data Analyst

• optimizes resource allocation, project timelines, and workflow efficiency by analyzing time and operational data.

Core Duties

• Schedule Optimization: Build, maintain, and refine master schedules or project baselines.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics, labor hours, and bottlenecks to forecast delays.
• Reporting: Generate dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like resource utilization and milestone completion.
• Process Automation: Streamline manual tracking systems using tools like SQL, Excel, or specialized scheduling software.

Key Skills Needed

• Technical: Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical: Critical thinking, trend identification, and statistical modeling.
• Organizational: Time management, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
