HR Management
- Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation.
- Provide HR advice to management and employees.
Payroll & Statutory
- Handle monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.
- Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
- Prepare payroll and HR reports.
HRIS / Info-Tech
- Manage employee information using Info-Tech HR / Payroll System.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime and claims.
- Ensure HR data is accurate and updated.
- Generate HR and payroll reports.
- Liaise with Info-Tech providers when required.
Recruitment
- Handle recruitment from job posting to interview and offer.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding.
- Work with HODs on manpower requirements.
- Monitor probation and confirmation.
Attendance, Leave & Benefits
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime and leave.
- Manage employee benefits, medical, insurance and welfare.
- Handle employee enquiries on HR and payroll matters.
Performance & Employee Relations
- Coordinate employee KPI and performance appraisal.
- Handle employee complaints and disciplinary matters.
- Assist management with misconduct and performance issues.
- Maintain proper HR documentation.
Training
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate internal and external training.
- Handle HRD Corp training matters and claims.
- Maintain training records.
Administration
- Manage daily office administration.
- Maintain HR and administrative records.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities and vendors.
- Assist with company events and other administrative activities.
HR Reporting & Projects
- Prepare HR, payroll and manpower reports.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance.
- Improve HR processes and systems.
- Carry out other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience for Assistant Manager level.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
- Experience in payroll and statutory submissions.
- Info-Tech HR / Payroll experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave and performance management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Experience managing HR for multiple departments is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
