Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to enhance office efficiency, sales processes, service team coordination, and IT updates, contributing to seamless business operations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data analysis, data entry, and sales follow-up to support informed decision-making and sales growth
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely financial transactions and record accuracy
Coordinate and facilitate conference calls to enable effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders
Organize and support customer and supplier visits to enhance relationship management and service delivery
Maintain and update service administration records and filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance
Assist the service team with general administrative tasks to improve operational workflow and service responsiveness
Support IT and website refinement and updates to maintain current and functional digital platforms
Work extended hours as needed to meet business demands and project deadlines
Support office administration and accounting functions to sustain smooth daily operations
