The Processing Executive is responsible for executing transactions within KONE Operations or Financial processes while ensuring compliance with established processes, controls, and service level requirements. The role involves reviewing transaction requests, validating required information and documentation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

The role also contributes to quality improvement, process harmonization, reporting, and automation initiatives to support operational efficiency and KBS objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Process transaction requests accurately and within agreed Service Level Targets (SLAs), including quality, response time, throughput time, and efficiency requirements.
• Review and validate required information and supporting documentation before processing transactions.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders when additional information, documentation, clarification, or approval is required.
• Coordinate requests with other process teams and track completion to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with established processes, controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Perform daily reconciliation and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, unit instructions, and performance reporting.
• Support achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement and harmonization activities and identify opportunities for automation.
• Learn and utilize relevant tools and automation solutions, including Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and relevant systems , where applicable.
• Participate in training, team meetings, process analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Team Leader or Process Manager.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Secondary school qualification or university education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Previous experience in Finance, Administration, or Sales would be an advantage.
• Experience working with SAP or related business systems would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
