JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management/construction experience.
- Experience in M&E, industrial, commercial or data centre projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budget and cost control.
- Experienced in managing consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Able to coordinate design, construction, testing & commissioning, and project handover.
- Good understanding of QA/QC, safety, contract administration and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD and/or BIM software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of project delivery.
JOB SCOPES
- Manage and control all site matters to ensure work is carried out on time and without delay.
- Coordinate with Project Team members and ensure that contractors are audited to ensure compliance with contract and ITP requirements.
- Manage and ensure all works and documentation are carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, and drawings.
- Manage activities in relation to quality requirements and contractors’ ITPs.
- To coordinate works between sub-contractors and the customer/ consultant and be able to monitor, control, and ensure the quality of works delivered at the site.
- Provide and submit schedule updates, progress measurements, and mitigation plans where required.
- Provide and submit with preparation of technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the customer and
- management.
- Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
- Ensure construction plans meet the guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations.
- Establish, monitor, maintain, and update construction work schedules.
- Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
- To supervise and train junior-level supervisors and engineers.
- Assist with project closeout.
- Track and coordinate procurement packages with the procurement group.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
